Coming this fall of 2022, we will be offering Certificate Programs that will certify your organization to train your staff and or faculty with the educational programs to “Empower learning with educational-focused content and technology learners need to discover new insights and skills.”
The core curriculum cornerstone of Deep Beauty Health & Wellness academic experience, called the essential conversations, is recognized nationally. It restructures the standard college curriculum to increase students’ learning and exposure to classic liberal arts material throughout their learning experience to sow new traditional learning in all areas of life.
The core educational curriculum is 12 courses centered on four themes: Caregiving, Self-Care, Law, and Creative Writing–Beyond Publishing. In addition to social and physical sciences knowledge, the essential conversations in the core educational curriculum focus on skills and knowledge areas necessary to the success of the 21st-century student—Quantitative Reasoning and Scientific Literacy.

Exercise is an excellent way to get moving towards managing stress. Almost any form of exercise such as walking, jogging, swimming, biking, and dancing can act as an amazing stress reliever. When you are active exercise can distract you from daily worries by boosting your feel-good endorphins. Exercising with a friend or a family member can make it more fun, and having a partner to encourage you can help you stay on track. However, exercise is just part of your wellness journey.
