PRAISE FOR THE BOOK
“Why Wait? Is a timely, thought provoking page-turner that should be considered a desk reference for caregivers and those who would be caregivers of all ages. Thank you, Carolyn Brent!”
~ Rawle Andrews, Jr., Esq., Regional Vice President, AARP
“Carolyn Brent’s book is a personal, compelling account of not only her own story but also the stories of other family caregivers faced with difficult sibling issues. It is thorough, accurate, and highly credible. Brent has taken her own painful experience, summarized what might have been done differently as a lesson for others, and put it all together with compassion and understanding. Her straightforward advice can serve as an excellent help to anyone in the situation of working with siblings on parent care. She teaches us all through her own, well written story. I highly recommend it!”

This book will change the lives of family caregivers and it will provide essential information for those who make the lives of loved ones as comfortable as possible. Carolyn shares her soul, her heart, and herself with the world in a way that will bring about crucial, positive change in the lives of those who take care of family and friends.”
