Visiting the U.S. capital with the aim of helping seniors & caregivers

I am so proud to have been a part of  the “Innovations In Aging 2012″ conference in Maryland as a guest speaker.

Ms. Gloria G. Lawlah, Secretary of Aging State of Maryland. Gracious and popular JC Hayward of CBS in Washington, DC.  And, Caregiver Empowerment Strategist Carolyn A. Brent.

This event was hosted by the State of Maryland Department of Aging Long Term Care where I had the honor having a wonderful conversation with Gloria G. Lawlah, Secretary of Aging.

It was exhilarating to see over 8,000 seniors from the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia attend this thought-provoking event. There were professionals in health care, home health, aging networks, caregivers, as well as baby boomers and mature adults seeking encore careers.

I was also interviewed by the very gracious and popular JC Hayward of CBS in Washington, DC.
