An INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ATTORNEY can help you protect your ideas and inventions from any possible infringement.
Today’s highly technological and social media-heavy world can generate many issues regarding intellectual property, infringements, and what belongs to whom. Whether you have a new idea you want to protect or find yourself in the middle of an intellectual property dispute, you may need to find yourself reputable representation to help you defend your rights, copyright, and trademark.
The Law Office of Antonisha L. Baker strives to ensure that every client has the necessary legal tools for their business to flourish within their passion and be protected. Ms. Baker focuses on the security and enforcement of legal rights to any inventions, creations, artwork, and entertainment law.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
Intellectual property rights solely mean you can’t steal someone else’s idea, innovation, or invention; this is especially true if the concept has been copy-written, trademarked, and registered under someone as intellectual property.
When you have your trademark registrations and files in your possession from the beginning–will support and protect your ideas and creativity in case of infringement. If an individual does try to reproduce or copy your concept or design, you will then have the backing to prove that you had the idea first and may have to work with your attorney on a potential case.
